You are able to cancel an order, as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we'll be more than happy to process your cancellation.

*Keep in mind, the COVID-19 pandemic has delayed shipping. We are not responsible for shipping misinformation, or after the product is sent to USPS (lost/ stolen packages).
If you placed an order from Monday- Wednesday before 12pm, your order will be processed for shipping the same day. Orders placed on Thursday and weekends will be shipped the following Monday. We want to make sure your package arrives to you as quickly as possible.
MELTING POLICY (WHIPPED BODY BUTTER)
The consistency of our whipped body butters will change depending on the temperature. In warm to extreme heat, the body butter will soften; even melt. Although the consistency has changed, the product and moisturizing properties remain the same. We package our body butters to decrease the risk of melting during the summer months. This is also the main reason why we use USPS Priority shipping. Refunds will not be issued if the product melts. Please be aware of package arrival to avoid product sitting for a duration of time in the heat.
