MELTING POLICY (WHIPPED BODY BUTTER)
The consistency of our whipped shea butters will change depending on the temperature. In warm to extreme heat, the body butter will soften. Although the consistency has changed, the product and moisturizing properties remain the same. We package our body butters to decrease the risk of melting during summer months. We also only ship Monday-Wednesday. Refunds will not be issued if the product melts. Please be aware of package arrival to avoid product sitting for a duration of time in the heat.
